BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Sherman was born in Camden New Jersey in 1954. He graduated from Moorestown High School, Moorestown, NJ (with honors) and the University of Delaware ( with honors). He attended and graduated from Rutgers Law School - Camden in 1976, and was admitted to the practice of law that same year. He was engaged in the private practice of law in Camden,NJ from 1977-1979, was a trial attorney with the New Jersey Public Defender's office from 1979-1981, and subsequently a founding member and partner in the law firm of Waters, Sherman & Puma in Salem, NJ from 1981-1998. He was affiliated with the law firm of Hoffman, DiMuzio and Hoffman, Gloucester County, NJ from 1998-2003 where he chaired their Family Law Department and also handled criminal and personal injury matters. He has had offices as a sole practitioner in Woodstown, Salem County, New Jersey from 2003 until the present time. Mr. Sherman resides in Alloway Township, Salem County with his wife Stacy, his son Josh, and daughter Jackie. His personal hobbies and interests include fitness (especially weightlifting bicycling, tennis and boxing), motorsports, computer technology, and photography.
